In Calvi, the Sinibaldi bar is a true refuge of charm in the heart of La Signoria. A cozy cocoon that tells beautiful stories, like its zinc counter, a unique piece dating from the 19th century, the Sinibaldi is an exceptional place. The decoration, inspired by old Corsican houses, sets the tone for rare moments from another time.
The Bar Sinibaldi offers a varied menu and subtle nectars from the cellar of La Signoria: wines, champagne, cocktails with or without alcohol, a wide choice of whiskey, rum, calvados, cognac, liqueurs, brandies, Mariage Frères teas... In the evening, the terrace is the best place to admire the sunset over the Corsican mountains.
The bar is open every day of the week from April to November.
